At The Paratha Master, we strive to deliver your favorite Italian dishes fresh and on time. Please read our delivery policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, coupons, and other delivery-related matters.
1. Delivery Orders
Delivery orders are accepted under the following conditions:
- The delivery address must fall within the permitted delivery zone of the nearest The Paratha Master outlet.
- Your delivery address will be mapped to the nearest outlet that serves your location.
- The selected outlet must be online and available to accept and process your order.
Important:
- If your delivery address is outside the permitted delivery zone, the order cannot be placed.
- You may choose to pick up your order from the nearest The Paratha Master outlet instead.
2. Menu Availability
- The menu displayed on our website/app reflects the items available at the selected outlet.
- If certain menu items are not listed, that outlet does not carry those items.
- If an ordered item is unavailable at the selected outlet, the order will not be executed, and we will inform you promptly.
3. Coupons and Promotions
- Only coupon codes provided in The partha master print material, promotional emails, or SMS messages are valid for online orders.
- The coupon code must be entered correctly in the payment section before completing your transaction to receive the discount.
- Coupon codes are not case-sensitive, but may not work if order conditions in the coupon terms are not met.
- The Paratha Master reserves the right to accept or reject any coupon without explanation.
- Coupons have a validity period specified in their terms and conditions and will not be accepted after expiry.
- Customers must present the coupon to the delivery person when receiving the order; failure to do so may result in cancellation.
Coupon Terms & Conditions:
- Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Only one coupon per order is valid.
- Coupons do not apply to Legend items, appetizers, drinks, or desserts.
- Coupons are valid only for orders placed via The Paratha Master website or mobile app.
- Prices are exclusive of taxes.
- Offers are valid only at participating outlets.
4. Modifying or Cancelling Orders
- Once placed, online orders cannot be modified or canceled via the website/app or call center.
- To check the status of your order, please contact the outlet directly.
- If a credit card payment order is canceled due to unavailable items, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method and will reflect in your next statement.
- Orders with 6 or more items are considered bulk orders.
5. Delivery and Consumption
- Food from The Paratha Master is intended for immediate consumption.
- We recommend consuming your order within 30 minutes of delivery for the best experience.
